Marcia was excellent in interpreting our various requirements and ideas to produce designs and recommendations that made us think outside the box – especially where space was limited. She is very patient and supportive with a real interest in ensuring the client is comfortable with how the design will work on a practical basis.
However it was Andy D who brought the whole design to light with his professionalism both as a skilled fitter and ability to adapt to our changing requirements. He was very patient and supportive throughout the process and a fantastic soundboard to work through any concerns we had – we trusted him completely.
