How we work

A new kitchen is something most of our clients have been thinking about for years. It’s a significant investment in your home, and it needs to feel right in every sense.

That’s why we take the time to understand your home, how you live and what needs to work, day-to-day, before developing a design that’s bespoke to you.

Ideas are explored properly, options are considered carefully, and nothing is rushed.

We guide you through the various design choices as we know this can be overwhelming so that the process to getting your dream kitchen is a stress free and enjoyable experience.

You’ll work with the same team and project manager throughout, from your first conversation through to installation.

There’s no handover, no loss of detail, and no disconnect between design and delivery.

The result is a kitchen that feels completely right for your home, and a process that feels clear, supported and under control.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from the initial design stage by Mel to the final installation, the process was handled professionally and with attention to detail.
Mel listened to our ideas and requests and offered suggestions which enhanced the practical layout. All aspects were thoughtfully planned and frequent changes by us were accepted and incorporated into the design.
The installation team were professional, friendly and tidy throughout the project with a particular thanks to Andy for his helpful suggestions and advice.
Emily joined the team mid term and project managed the build brilliantly.

Having quite a small space to work with, Marcia definitely had her work cut out with the design, but she offered unique and clever solutions, worked with me on budget, and no amount of adjustment was ever too much trouble. The installation was really well planned, and it was clear the fitter, Nick, took a great deal of care in his work – everything he fitted was to such a high standard. As to be expected, there were a couple of snags, and delays while replacement parts were on order, but Jenny was fantastic at keeping in touch to explain what was happening and when the work would be finished.
