Nü Kitchen were great from start to finish with the whole design process. Lots of ideas that we hadn’t considered we incorporated into the design as Mel and Emily guided us through the whole process expertly. They liaised with the Architect and builders during the whole build and were quick to make any necessary changes that arose from construction issues, taking all the worries off us.

Before finding Nü Kitchen we tried numerous suppliers who were unable to meet our needs with their off the shelf products. We met Marcia who listened to our unique requests, showing great patience in guiding us and offering creative solutions . We now have exactly what we wanted, installed to an excellent standard by Nick, whose attention to detail was phenomenal. The old kitchen was merely functional with numerous pinch points and inefficiencies. We now have a beautiful room where we can both work and enjoy a meal. Investing as much as we have in a kitchen, you expect a wow factor… this has definitely been achieved!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Nü – from the first design appointment right through to installation, the customer service was excellent, and I really felt like the whole team wanted me to have my perfect kitchen! Having quite a small space to work with, Marcia definitely had her work cut out with the design, but she offered unique and clever solutions, worked with me on budget, and no amount of adjustment was ever too much trouble. The installation was really well planned, and it was clear the fitter, Nick, took a great deal of care in his work – everything he fitted was to such a high standard. As to be expected, there were a couple of snags, and delays while replacement parts were on order, but Jenny was fantastic at keeping in touch to explain what was happening and when the work would be finished. In terms of the kitchen itself – I absolutely LOVE it! Thank you so much!

Great experience working with Nü Kitchen the past few months! Marcia did a fantastic job, the design was exactly what we wanted and needed; she accommodated all of our requests, and made some suggestions that worked really well in the finished kitchen. She was available and responsive pretty much all the time and followed up with contractors to keep the process going. Overall we are thrilled with our kitchen, it looks beautiful, high quality and cosy at the same time.
